Cell numbers RICA'd on my ID without my knowledge by Telkom Call Center

I logged on to the Telkom site and noticed that there are a lot of cellphone numbers listed on my Mobile Account list. I phoned the call center and found that all 24 cellphone numbers were registered on my ID on 7 December 2020, which I have not done.

After the numbers was suspended, I was informed to go to a store to have the cellphone numbers to be removed from my profile. I was then informed by a friendly lady in the store that all 24 numbers were RICA'd in the Telkom Call Center by the user GWTCTPJW.

What scares me the most, is that Telkom staff must check their own profiles to make sure that someone in their own call center did not RICA'd unknown cellphone numbers on their names.

These numbers has to be removed from my profile and I will not go to a store. If I have RICA's all these numbers, then yes, but I haven't.
