Cell number compromised

Dear Hello Peter Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my mobile number, which has been compromised due to actions by Telkom. I was informed that the number was deregistered in 2020 by another user; however, I have continuously used and maintained access to this number, as it remains linked to my most important personal, professional, and financial information.

Despite raising this matter with Telkom, I have not received any meaningful response or assistance. Their lack of urgency and accountability is deeply concerning, as this situation exposes me to serious risks, including potential data breaches and loss of access to critical services.

I respectfully request your intervention to escalate this matter and assist in ensuring that my number is reassigned back to me as a matter of urgency. The ongoing delay continues to cause significant inconvenience and places me in a vulnerable position.
