Cell Number Cancelled

<p>I am currently experiencing a problem with the service being received. I came into the Phoenix plaza Telkom branch a few weeks ago to have my contract stopped and my number changed to prepaid. However, the lady that helped me with this cancelled my number completely. I have been to the store several times and still nobody has reached out to help with my problem. It's been days that I have no SIM card and I need this fixed asap as it's my business line. I want to keep my number. It needs to be recovered. My contract has been paid till the end of June yet my contract has been cut off early with minutes data etc depleted. This is completely inconvenient!</p>
