cell not delivered and no number to call them on

i took out a cellphone contract last year december my acc was debited for the cellphone on the 30th december 2018 havent recieved any communication from the company as to when it will be delivered and when i tried calling the 10215 number theres no answer

when am i getting my cellphone?
