Cell Direct can Debit on my account as they please
I received my invoice this morning on email, and there is another number on my account?! Now it was advised to go to the police station and make an affidavit. Where is the paperwork where I signed for the "new" contract.
The lady advised me it was at Cell direct who contracts for Telkom? How can this be allowed.
If this is not sorted I will make sure I never have a contract with Telkom.
