Cell direct and telkom service

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I am terribly disappointed with service received from telkom and cell direct call centers . </p> <p> </p> <p>It was so easy for them to contact me while i was at work to offer me a product where i took time out to listen to them and politely accept their offer . </p> <p> </p> <p>Then the next month when i had a querie i was very rudely dealt with by both parties . now i have been charged this month for a fee i never agreed on paying . </p> <p> </p> <p>I really dont understand how this is customer service , im still waiting for someone to get back to me . this is a breach in contract . </p> <p> </p> <p>Another disappointed client .</p>
