Cell Derect is the worst place to have a contract!!!

Telekom under Cell Direct called me 5 days in a row for me to upgrade my contracts. After the 5th time of me telling them I wanted to upgrade all 3 my contracts at once (my latest not being ready for new upgrade yet) the person I spoke to that day, said I could upgrade all 3 including the latest. They said I was going to receive a smart watch with one of my devices. The day of delivery, I received only 2 devices (2 contracts was upgraded) I did not receive a smart watch and they did not send my 3rd device. After 5 days of calling them to resolve my issue, a manager finally called, and like every other agent I spoke to, avoided the conversation on my 3rd contract. And said I was never to receive any smart watch. After everything, he said he will send the recording to me, where I didn't agree to the smart watch, and after me, repeating myself for the 10th time about the the 3rd contract, he cut out, the call was ended and I didn't receive any feedback again. Not even the recording. THIS IS UNFORTUNATE AND UNBELIEVABLE.!!! If Cell Direct contacts you, don't fall for it!! They **** you!!! Calls recorded are USELESS!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE A RATING OF MINUS 10!
