Cell contract P8 stock

Completed new application in October for cellphone advertised. No feedback, went back to store a month later, stood in q, roving staff member came to ask who needed what from people in q and told me to wait for the consultant.15 minutes later same person told me no stock ! Called 10213 to complain and waited 30 minutes before ending call. I emailed complaint, no response.I managed to get email address of consultant, contacted him and email contact ended with no more response when I was asked about colour of phone required?<br> TV advert still being aired and pamphlet in accounts sent????
