Cell Contract ended - Still receiving statement

Dear Sir / Madam Issue : I am receiving a statement monthly for a credit balance of R98.64.... but my 24-month contract ended in May 2015. I have emailed Telkom and phoned them , saying that this should be a refund to me... but I do not know what's going on. Telkom 8ta : account number : *** : Financial acc.no. *** Cell no: *** I have many case numbers : ***5 ; ***4 ; ***4 ; ***9 ; ***5.. Please assist: N. Indraj Email : [Email Removed]
