'Cause it's fun paying for a contract your service provider cancelled

Well, last year (2016) 22 March Telkom phoned me regarding a new contract for a tablet. Being a rather nice deal I took it. They delivered on 7 April, after which I had NO USE WHAT_SO_EVER from it . There was no signal, and no matter how many times I phoned telkom, the issue was just never resolved. They then came and fetched the tablet to fix it on 17 June. On 8 August I was notified that telkom will be cancelling my contract, as theres nothing they can do about my tablet. All fair and well. Now please keep in mind, it is currently April 2017 (a year later) , I NEVER had any use of my tablet, NEVER got any airtime or data from telkom. Yet up to date, meaning end of March, they have taken money from my account via debit order EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I have gone to the bank and cancelled the debit order there about 4-5 times allready, in which case they would simply change the reference number and deduct it, YET AGAIN. now if I actually had any use of my tablet or simcard, I wouldn't mind if they deducted the monies for the months that I used it. But I never did. I won't be recomending telkom to anyone soon, probably ever. All I want now, is for them to stop taking the money from my account, and to give my money back, as they are basically *****ing money from my account (Since no services or products have been traded for this money).
