CATCH A WAKE UP TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How Telkom manages to stay in business is a miracle!!! I have never come across such incompetence in one single company!! Unfortunately my mistake was to take out our cellphone contracts with Telkom. BIGGEST mistake of our lives!!! I have to ride out a couple of more months and then it is auf wiedersehen, sayonara, arrivederci, *****ens and good bye!! You are unable to speak to ANY Call-Centre Agent as they are experiencing ''Technical Difficulties'' yet again. I have repeatedly requested a call-back on the Help option to speak to someone. Five days later and nobody has attempted to contact me.... Service is pathetic to say the least! Our account is fully paid up with next amount due in October 2025 - yet to my amazement - our account is BLOCKED?????????? I am beyond livid as this is super frustrating! 5-days already and we are waiting and waiting and waiting for better days it seems!!! CATCH A WAKE UP TELKOM!!!!!!!!!
