Catch a wake up TELKOM!!

Pathetic service from telkom as usual! Its almost 2 weeks since my landline phone and internet hasnt been working. I have called telkom about 7 times in the past 2 weeks, i have also visited their store in regurads to this matter. Seriously, how long does it take for them to send out a technician to fix my line, which i will have to pay for along with all the days that i have not used my line and i had to incure the expense of loading exorbitant amounts of data to my cellphone, so my tv can work through it, since my tv works with internet. I have also called them over a month ago to upgrade my line, but they were "experiencing high call volumes" so they were gonna get someone to call me back in 24 - 48 hrs..I am still waiting telkom..
