Cash refund claim number 73243

Consultants at admin plus are the worst people when it come to customer services they are rude and *********** , I logged a claim on the 9th of February and they said I would get the device in 4 days on the dey they were supposed to deliver I was told they do not have the device and i had to call to ask , they then said I would get a cash refund they were supposed to transfer R15000 and they only sent me R13500.00 then Ihad to call again on the 3rd of March to ask about the short pay they send they will transfer the money , today is the 25th and still nothing , they do not reply their emails , tried the WhatsApp line as well as the complaints department no response I have spoken to 3 different people and non of them have helped Monique , Aqeeda and Vernice nothing they just send me to pillar to post I am so feedback with their service I regret the day Telkom changed insurance companies from Finrite to these fools called admin plus.
