Case still not resolved for my refund

Telkom is so pathetic it doesn't deserve a star at all. I am very frustrated, on the 7th of November i sent through my statement for them to refund me back my money I had over paid, till date I haven't received my money back, I have tried to call them and because they are useless they don't have a proper escalation process, you still need to go through the call center and wait for a supervisor who never gets back to you. I have dealt with Londiwe Maphumulo and her supervisor Lungi Cele, they are untruthful and their service is non existent, I also spoke to a man based in Gauteng by the name Neo him and his supervisor also have poor service s****s. I want my money bac****!!! the billing team at Telkom is really not useful and they close logs without completing them!!!!!!!!!!! Can someone at Telkom take ownership of the poor service and give me back my money.
