Case *** New 24 month LTE contract

Once again, I have been ******* by Telkom's Sales tactics. A very quick and efficient Sales Person was eager to sell me their 20/20 LTE gigs 24 contract again and promised me the moon and the stars, as well as the fact that once I get the new Device, I will be up and running in no time. Well then I called in to activate my new sim and were told it would take 24 hours, well it is way pass 48 hours and I have made 3 calls thus far. Also I should have learnt by now about the lack of service and Telkom's empty promises. And to top it all off, I changed my to this new 20/20 LTE package because my previous contract went from R399pm for 20/20 gigs for 24 months and then in month 25 and 26 without a warning the same package went up to R799pm.
