case number ***8 still awaiting my money

I have been with Telkom for two years. They debited huge amount of money out of my bank account. After numerous calls they first told me I'll receive my money back within 7 days but now it has been 4 weeks and all they they can tell me is that I cancelled my contract which I DID NOT DO!! They can back track the calls and see if I cancelled it or not.

I'm utterly disgusted by there services at the moment. The call centers keeps me on hold for almost an hour then hangs up. I don't mind waiting but don't waste my time.

Also I received and SMS saying that they would contact me back regarding my case number ***8 but they never do as they say.
