I am an existing Telkom client and have had a great relationship with them until recently.

I ordered a router and data package and specifically requested that it should be a deal that cost less than R 500 per month. The agent talked me through the whole process, router delivered and I thought all was well. Had it not been for the router not connecting and me going to the Telkom store I wouldn't have known that the agent actually signed me up for an unlimited all hours deal which costs R1000 per month.

I logged a case on the 11/09/2020 received an sms stating that someone would call me back. Still wait for that call. CASE NUMBER ***8.
