Case Number ***6-Refund issue

I am seriously at my wits end with telkom Mobile call center staff and team leaders. I logged a refund case of R423.00 in Jan and till date the Billing Department is still going to call Me in 72hrs. Even the team leaders themselves promise to call back but never do...talk about pathetic service. If I was the one who missed an instalment they would be threatening to take legal action against me. 72hrs that has turned into 2weeks better not turn into a month because I WANT MY MONEY!!!
