TELKOM Is Messing with my life properly. ..<br> Not only did they mess up a simple number swap. .. now both my telkom numbers don't work... I can't make or receive calls on contract number. on top of that they disconnected my prepaid number its been 3 full days... calling them and getting no response or answer as to why my number was disconnected. When will it be fixedor whawhat's the hold up... I work and transact using this number... now I can't even buy my daughter her monthly requirements. .. as that too I do using my online services of which requires my number to be active to process payments plus confirm delivery time n date... Unfortunately I live 700km away from her so this is my only way of getting things done... ppl resolve this before the 26-03-2016 I really need to sort my personal things n they making it difficult...or simply cancel my contract n give me bk my number so I can take it to a network thats actually knows what they doing.
