***** case no resolution 1 year later

I just can’t believe how Telkom doesn’t care about its clients. I’ve been chasing a ***** committed in my name for a year now, it’s absolutely heart breaking how they don’t care about how it’s damaging my livelihood. I just do not recommend this service provider at all… no sense of urgency and no care at all. Im on my second reference umber on this case and it’s just one excuse after the next?? I regret engaging with this provider.
