case no:***0 Horrible service ever

<p>The service is unbelievable...never have I come across such.Today I called 4times and evetytime I spoke to a consultant they not willing to help.Even the manager is unavailable and teamleader.Ive loaded this case 2weeks ago.Ive been billed for a contract I have cancelled about 2years ago.You put me on ITC.You have promised to reverse the billing as it was your fault and sent me a paid up settlement letter.Its been 2weeks.Im a single mom with 2kids..I need to purchase a house but because of this it seems as if I will lose out providing a roof over our head.So very soon ill be homeless for a mistake which is not even mine.I am disgusted with your service.Something need to be done or Ill take this further...</p>
