***** case no ***1 MK Baloi

I have 2 contract with Telkom, someone added a contract using my credentials, I contacted them informing them about the irregularities, they asked me to send ID, affidavits, and bank statement, since last year, everytime when I call for enquiries it become a new thing to every consultant on the line. They are working in silos, I have send the above documents to almost 6 consultants, They haven't canceled the contract which was opened *******ly, I am still paying over R600,00 for a line which I don't owe, it is very frustrating because you don't expect this unprofessionalism from big institution like Telkom, I have been begging them now I am tired, please help M K Baloi cell ***, I was given a case no ***1
