Case ***9 Logged and was resolved without any confirmation with me!

Telkom is a deplorable and pathetic Service Provider.

You log a case with them they dont get back to you and they resolve the case without any proper resolution and communication in place!

I logged case ***9 and provided all the required evidence for this case. No one came back to me and the case was resolved!

Telkom is robbing their customers and the customers are oblivious to this fact. A case needs to be opened with the Ombudsman for Telkom to be investigated.
