CASE NUMBER. ********** 7 This is the second case we have logged after Telkom just debit our account as they feel fit ,charge what they want and no one can help us as they dont know even where they work. These guys are component of doing there work. No they even canceled my service with not giving them any permission and now im loosing business due to there negligence. I find this to be in bridge of contract and i request my services (no services) to be canceled and our money that has been taken from us ********ly to be paid back immediately. As per terms once a case has been logged you have 72hr to get back to client,on both attempts and cases nobody finds the time to do there job.
