<p>im still waititng for the cancellation department to call me</p> <p>they keep saying they cant get hold of me even though i have no missed calls even a voicemail </p> <p>ive also given my work number as an alternative still nothing </p>

im going to start reversing charges by Telekom from my account a month I have been waiting for the cancellation team
nothing
no one has called me yet
I tried to get their number to call them I'm told they can't be called I have to wait for their call but they never call
this is not okay
Telekom please make them sort this out
