<p>Logged a case to cancel my contract as I did not want to renew it for the end of December by giving a months notice. Still today my contract is active and I am being billed extraordinary fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service to merely acknowledge receipt that the case is being attended too has been pathetic.</p>
