case ***6 Being double charged,cancel 2nd contract, no refund & fitting external aerial...9 months of suffering

<p>Once again 9 months in a row, I have again been double charged after numerious calls & going into the store & logging the issuse for the 8th month in a row still I am being double charged & no refund...Do I know have to take telkom to court & sue them for 9 months of mental truama....</p> <p> </p> <p>This is insane, how more *********** can a big organisation like this get. Every month for the last 9 months I continuelly get double charged & I continuelly write these mails & go into the store to lay a complaint & nothing gets done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will now subpoena the head of telkom to come answer in court why his organisation has put me through so much of anguish. this is crazy...</p>
