case ***6 Being double charged,cancel 2nd contract, no refund & fitting external aerial...8 months of suffering

<p>Case no. ********** 6...Agent Neo Letsipa...8 months I've struggled with Telkom...First they sent the incorrect router then after months of complaining they sent the correct router...but they start double charging me for the old & new router for 2 contracts 4 months ago...I've complained many times again to cancel the 2 nd contract. & refund of double charges but agents refuse to cancel or give me a refund for double charging...spoke to Neo again last week who assured me I would'nt be double charged & today again I get double charged...I need to be refunded for the months of double charging...2 nd contract needs to.be cancelled &.somone needs to come install the external areal...8 months I've struggled...do I now take telkom to court to resolve this issue...</p>
