case:***2 - reimburse call minutes

I had a cellphone contract where I would get 100 minutes per month, on the 12 March 2016 I went to telkom to renew/ upgrade my cellphone contract. When they were done with the upgrade I checked if my minutes were still there but for some reason they had disappeared, the sales person that was assisting me logged a case (***). Then a week later I received a call from Lebogang Tshamugero saying he was incharge of the case and he will investigate. a week later he calls and tell me I had used all my minutes, so I asked for the list of calls and minutes used (CRD records) from 01/03/16 to 12/03/16. on 30 March he sent me a spreadsheet and on the spreadsheet it showed that my calls added up to 684 seconds; 684 seconds = 11.4 minutes and that does not add up to 100 minutes = 6000 seconds. I sent him an email to query this but he never got back to me. Now when I call the call canter I am told that this Lebogang Tshamugero closed the case. <br> How does a case get closed when the client/ consumer is still not satisfied with the feedback and the case is not resolved. This is poor customer service, its pathetic and I am disgusting. I want this case to be re-opened and have my minutes reimburse
