Case:***6 Finally Resolved! Thank you Telkom.

I was having trouble connecting to night surfer since i opened my contract and after 2 hellopeter complaints and a month of fighting with call center agents, Telkom finally sent a Technician (Senzo Masilela) who resolved all my connection problems on my pocket wifi. I have tested it for a month now to be sure and its is working perfectly. He explained why there were problems and taught me how to operate the modem effectively, check balances online and registered my device so i can actually use the 10gig of data that's available at hot spots. Thanks to Thato Gopane and Neo Letsipa for following up and giving me free data (100mb) and free subscription for 3 months to compensate for the inconvenience caused over the past 5 months that i had the pocket wifi and it not working properly. I would recommend telkom once again as anyones service provider and I'm now confident that they do value their customers and do attend to queries should you have any.<br> Thanks Telkom
