Carte Blanche should investigate these ******* !
I cancelled my ADSL line with Telkom on the 12/12/2017 as i changed to MWEB Fibre.At the time I had an amount of nearly R1000.00 credit.They sent me cancellation forms which I filled in and sent back to them.They have been charging me every month for this line which i'm not using.I have sent e-mails and phoned several times,no response.My account now stands in at R1787.81 and they are now stating they've handed me over to their debt collectors.I don't frighten easily and should i get blacklisted i will lay whatever charges i'm able to,including defamation.I wish everybody will sue these ******* ! Thank the lord that I never signed a debit order !

08 Feb 2019, 20:41Telkom has just completely ignored this review and are now having debt collectors phoning me on a line that does not belong to me.This debt collector has the cheek to ask me to verify my I.D Number which i totally refused,boy oh boy i just lost it ! I don't think this debt collector has ears left The ex-ADSL line number is ********** 201.It looks like they are just going to continuously charge me until i die.I am going to consult with a lawyer and contact Carte Blanche to investigate this disgusting organization .
