Carnival Mall Telkom is hopeless

Second week Dec 2020 I went to the Telkom Carnival Mall store in Brakpan and asked to cancel my LTE contract the guy helping was so unfriendly and never explain that if I cancel the contract on that day I would have to pay for the whole month. If that was the case I would have cancelled the contract at the end of the month and use the remaining data if I will be paying for it. Staff needs training on how to explain things and needs to be more friendly and helpful.
