Careless employee

Telkom does not even deserve 1 star, the manner u have been push from pillar to post just for someone who recklessly did their job😡 this company needs to get agents that know what they doing or serious about their job The agent that assisted me closed an account that was just opened instead of closing the one that was coming to an end and I even told her but guess what I'm the one suffering now But the money is being deducted 2 months now without Dat hoping that they will sort it out 😡😡
