Careless Branch Telkom Clearwater

I've booked in my device Clearwater Telkom shop last year November 11/2022 because my phone was overheating and the battery was not lasting ,I never got any communication from the store that my device was ready for collection. When I got to the shop only to find out that my device have cracked the screen was gone so I've been in contact with Yvette the Branch Manager who is not doing her job. Today 08/02/2022 I went in the shop and she gave me attitude and telling me that she does not know if the device was booked without the crack. I've been so understanding for the past months but know I've seen she does not need my business and she does not even want to take any responsibility that her Branch messed up my phone. The only answer I got from her today was 'I DONT KNOW' how ridiculous is that. She send my phone to insurance without even telling me and now there's an access that need to be paid and iam not gonna pay that amount as my phone was damaged between the shop and repair center. For the past three months I've been paying the phone that I don't use and instead of the Manager to sort out her Branch mess she's been rude to me and she doesn't value her clients.

I need assistance with this as I've been without a phone for the past 3 months.
