I cannot believe how you as a customer are treated by so called customer service! I went and migrated my account to a higher package and am now being treated like a ******** because they are incapable of doing their jobs properly. My account has been suspended due to their mistake and no supervisor will even talk to me. Can’t wait to change service providers once I am out of this contract!
