capping on uncapped ADSL

Today my Internet was frozen stating that I had \abused"my Internet rights by using too much bandwidth - my children were playing on-line games. Only after accepting my \""guilt\"" was a marginal Internet restored basically only enough to read emails but nothing more - wifi does not work. I have numerous problems with this: i) I am paying R900 for my uncapped Internet which is very expensive in view of the lack of speed ii) the formulation of the guilt declaration playing on my guilt by stating that I am responsible for the lack of Internet pleasure of other users and iii) when you read the small-print you realise Telkom gives itself the right to monitor your Internet"
