Capping my ADSL speed

In November last year Telkom decided that I am no longer allowed to have a 4Mbps line at my house and has capped my line to a maximum of 1.4Mbps on a good day.<br> <br> I have had a 4Mbps line in my house for a few years and one day they decided i can no longer have it because i am to far away from the exchange all of a sudden and they basically said that i can no longer have my 4Mbps line back.<br> <br> I am tired of have a 1mbps line i want my 4Mbps line back, i don't care how far the exchange is from the house ( the fact is i have had it before and it was very stable!!!). If i cant get my line back to 4Mbps in my area that means there is something wrong with equipment in my area or Telkom need to upgrade there equipment!<br> <br> Telkom is supposedly promotion fast internet but they dont tell you that they cannot supply you the speed you would like in your area.<br> <br> I have had enough of slow Internet that can barely load a 6YouTube video!<br> <br> Dont send a technician out to come tell me the same things, STOP LIMITING MY SPEED FIRST!!!
