capped still active
Hi. Been trying to get through to the pinnicle contact centre but no answer and no music, just silence, I am on the uncapped elite package but I see the 10gb capped package is still active, I asked for this to be cancelled when I upgraded to uncapped.Please can you sort this out as holding for someone to answer at 10210 just doesn't seem to want to happen
