Capital T for Terrible Telkom

My internet is down since the 4th of September, it was fixed on the 12th of September only to be down on the 15th of September up till now! When I phone Telkom it is the same old story everyday:"They are looking into the problem" When I spoke to the Technicians in town they told me they haven't received a jobcard yet. Pathetic! It is the second time this year that I must go without internet for over a month.
