Can't wait for this contract to end

Never thought I'd create an account to complain but when everyone you speak to has a problem for every solution you kinda get tired.

I have been with Telkom for a year however my journey with them has been horrible,my phone went for repairs for over three months for a screen repair, my phone came back with glitches and apps that dont work....I got charged for data I did not use,then my service was cut when I asked for a breakdown of the costs (and i had paid the amount they were asking for) later i lodged two disputes which nobody came back to me about.

I'm up to date with my payments and still struggling to get my service reinstated. I'm no snitch but Telkom you don't put your clients first.
