CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!!

My payments have not been updated on the website but it is reflecting on your system. Got a phone call that said you are going to hand me over to the attorneys. My internet has been on and off and I'm also getting very slow speeds this year. How can Telkom anyway expect me to pay for such a terrible LTE service. I'm not happy at all with this. Last night my service went down like many times before. For the biggest communication company in SA you have the worst service ever. It's almost like DSTV & Telkom have the same owner.

We pay allot of money for services not being rendered. I phoned 3 times last night with each call lasting between 17-26 minutes, also no help online. How can such a big company have such terrible service or no service at all?

I can make my own conclusion from this is that Telkom does not care about it's customers. As long as we as clients pay our bills they are happy. But if you don't pay they are on you like hyenas on left over meat. Still we are not getting the service we are paying for. Telkom can apologize as much as they can, also give out free data to say "sorry". I can tell you that it does not help your service at all. Since January we are receiving very slow speeds, also our service are on and off more than often.

When you phone the call center to report the problem that the LTE is down, and you only have 3G. The technical person will tell you that there is no problem and that you can connect with your 3G. Bearing in mind that LTE service is 4G only. How can you put untrained staff in this position?

I was also told by the staff member that i can't cancel my debit order. Telkom also load debit orders dubble if you are not looking. Now i see that as debit *****. I was also told that you have to pay via EFT 10 days before the debit order if you want to skip the debit order. Also should the debit order does not go off, Telkom will fine you the amount of R202.70 for a debit order that did not go off.
