Cant swop landline airtime for mobile airtime

on 22/06 i went to my local spar to buy airtime. I asked for telkom mobile airtime to the value of R140 . when i got home i realised the vouchers was for pre paid landline and not mobile. I drove back and was told they cant swop it.<br> lovely. I phoned your call centre and you cant change it of me. It is amazing in this day and age. that you cannot swop airtime. Guys the money still stays in your coffers. <br> <br> I am dissapointed and angry. R140 out of my pocket is a whole lot less than R140 out of your pocket and it is not. it is just changing airtime. Not happy
