Can’t stop telkom contract

I can’t get my month to minth contract stoped at telkom, its not in use for more than 5 months, i have been to telkom 3 times no one can help you stop the contract you have to do it on internet, i tried to stop it several times the options stop at option 2 then you can't go further i have to pay it every month and its not working. I need assistance to stop contract please
