CANT SPEAK ENGLISH

I called Telkom mobile service with a query I had with regards to the Blackberry service. After holding on for 10 minutes I was disgusted and utterly shocked to speak to a customer service agent who couldn't't speak proper English! She was heavily accented and I could not understand a single word, I'm not sure she even passed matric as this is not the first time Iv called their call centre and the customer service agent on the other end could not speak proper English. Its horrible! Telkom if you need assistance in recruiting good proper speaking English Customer Service Agents please give me a call.
