Cant give any speed on adsl

<p>after 9 months and several call logs I still cant evcen watch a showmax standard definition movie although I pay for a 10 Meg line and never get more than 4Meg and when I try to watch a movie it drops to 0.5Meg and movie cant download.</p> <p>I have spend so much time on this problem and is really fedup.</p>
