Cant get my landline to work

For over 3 months now Telkom is not able to get my home landline working. Everytime I go to the outlet in Clearwater mall they come up with another lame excuse. They even had me purchase a new instrument/ handset and its still not working. Can someone at Telkom please get my phone working again. Nic ***
