Cant get in touch with Telkom

I recently moved to Cape Town and being an IT professional, I need internet.<br> <br> I have been attempting to contact Telkom on their telephone number with no success, each time holding the line for 30 minutes before I give up. I dont have a landline (trying to apply for one) so this is getting really expensive I have even sent in multiple requests using their website, but I have received no reply. <br> <br> I just want to install a DSL telephone line so that I can have internet at home.<br> <br> Please help.
