Cant get hold of Telkom Mobile - Fix your contact strategy

I don't know what your strategy is. But the sense I get is that you are trying as much as possible to avoid contact from your customers. I have been trying to call your numbers/line to give you notice on my intention to cancel my contract as it is nearing expiration. When I call your number, i'm referred to your WhatsApp process. When I try sending you email, i just get funny reasons. Your contact strategy must be revised, it's not working. And this is not the first time I encountered this. Please help me talk to someone to submit my notice to cancel the contract.
