Cant get hold of telkom!!!

Worst service ever!!! its not a problem to get hold of them if you want to upgrade! I have been trying to get hold for Telkom for almost 2 weeks already!!! they never answer the phone of respond to anything!! I did a upgrade about one month ago, but my monthly billing price is still the same and my new upgrade is not working at all!! if this is the way that they treat clients it will be the last time that I will send money with Telkom!
