cant get hold of telkom

<p>when you phone the customer care number noboday answer or help you as for the agent chat aswell. i ordered a iphone 6s on fryday monday they phoned to say that all is well and that i can get the phone, they gonna do a check on my banking details, i never received anything back. i have no idea what is going on and noboday answers me!!!! </p>
